  Worst service ever. I ordered the food at 7:02 and it is 8:40 no food. Three phone calls and they keep making excuses! Will not be calling them again.

  Very disappointed with this Jimmy Johns lack of quality and professional courtesy. Stopped in Wednesday evening with my toddler to grab dinner for my family. There were no customers but the four parking spots in front of the shop were full. I order two #9s a #8 and a #15. There's 3 guys and a girl working. I'm holding my son so I ask the guy placing the sandwiches on the counter to "please put them in a bag" he looks at me and sets a bag on the counter next to the sandwiches and just stands there. I attempt to get the sandwiches in the bag while maintaining control of my child to no avail. Zero help from the employee. I scoop up the sandwiches with my son and make my way out the door across the parking lot to my vehicle. When I get home I find out that one of the sandwiches the #15 had nothing but Tuna on it.

  This is not about face to face in the building experience, when I order I use the online order website. Have never had a problem with food or delivery from this location. I place an order around 10:50 am it will be at my place of employment by 11:10, just about every single time. Typically when I place orders I order for 2-3 people and they have yet to mess an order up. I love that they are reliable. My go to place when I am really busy at work.
